Great to hear! It took my partner & I nearly a year to get through the legal aspect of things @Leo Hefner. I wish you the best of luck getting your first deal together.

Agreed with @John Thedford. Advertising via the marketplace will give you better exposure. I do believe you need a pro account in order to post there @Bryson Pennock.

As others have stated this is not a good start for the prospective tenants @Arnie Guida. From personal experience this will only linger into the following months with late rent.

2) Best way to log your driving for dollars houses?

3) How many houses is a good amount to get in one day? (vacant ones)

Thanks in advance!

1) During the day. What is your reason behind targeting war zones?

2) I use a convert talk to text app. Then after I have the houses complied I send to my email.

3) This varies. I work towards getting 30-40 in any given area. Sometimes more. I do distressed houses along with the vacant ones.

My first deal was single-family in which I used my mentors capital to fund the deal @Jerad Gardner. It's also best to pick a single niche to start versus trying to venture into multiple. That is my personal opinion.

Have you attended local real estate meetups, @James Phillips? May find who you're looking for there.
