Hello,
My name is James and I'm serious about getting into real estate investing. Im looking for someone who can maybe spend a couple hours with me and let me pick their brain. In exchange for this, I offer my expertise. While I am not a licensed contractor, I have spent many years in and around construction of all kinds and phases with a specialty in HVAC. Im a very handy guy and would be willing to exchange a little hard work for some coaching. Looking to flip houses but Im eager to learn about buy and hold as well. Thanks!
