Have you tried using Thumbtack or Angies list, @Garrett Amundson ? Those are great sources to use to find what you're looking for..

What model are you interested in pursuing in this field i.e. buy & hold, fix & flip, wholesaling etc @Anthony Maybit ?

As of late I've used facebook more for brand awareness @Tyion Bridgeman..Its been very effective and reasonably priced.

Congrats on narrowing down your markets @Craig Curelop. Have you drove the neighborhoods in those markets you're considering on investing in? This may not be a scalable option for all 9 of those markets, but once you narrow down to 2-3 it would be beneficial.

Doesn't hurt to make the offer @Jared Smith as long as it's a calculated one. I typically make a formal offer to show the seller I'm serious.

I use dirtcheapsigns.com to order bandit signs @Jose Castillo. They're pretty cheap.

It's highly competitive, but if your targeting is focused you can get some really good deals @Larry N.. I use a template through leadpropeller and have someone assist with managing the PPC campaigns. 

Do you have a monthly budget in mind? It can get costly.
