As he mentioned not huge appreciation out here, but when things go sour our home values don't drop significantly. More of linear markets out here versus being volatile.

Rocket 88 is a casual laid back donut shop with very convenient location (next to 70 and 465 freeways). The front room space is reserved for our meetup(from my understanding) and fits up to 30 people.

Welcome to the site @Stefan Owechko. What are your goals when it comes to investing in this marketplace. If it's cash-flow may be difficult in your backyard due to the rising prices in property values.

Often times the best option is out-of-state investing. Where you can achieve in certain markets a good purchase price to rent ratio.
