Hate Cold Calling

Good afternoon! I have a question about cold calling. So I've been a Realtor for a few years. I've sold a few homes, but I'm really falling short of my potential. I've become really honest with myself in realizing that I hate cold calling. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I purchased Vulcan 7, but because of this it's really worthless to me. For those of you that hate cold calling as much as myself, what strategies are you using to get clients? Mainly listing clients. Thanks.

What do you hate more the butterflies when the phone is ringing?

or

Sitting at home wishing you were making more money?

This is one of those of you just have to jump up and actually do it. Actually call them. Heck I'll call em for you if you wanna pay me! ;)

Seriously though... It sucks.... But its the difference between being successful and being average. I only get one shot at life. I'm not going to wake up at 75 and wish I'd taken my business more seriously. Your biggest obstacle is you. Honestly if it's scaring the hell out of you that's probably a sign that you know you should do it and your brain is trying to talk you down.

Remember growing pains? They were uncomfortable. But I'd rather live a radical life outside of my comfort zone than die in my lazy boy.
