Welcome to the site @Solomon Reotutarits great you have came across Robert kiyosaki I would highly recommend you read his book Rich Dad Poor Dad. I was in the same board you were in a couple years ago when I decided to take the leap of faith in my company. Grades were slipping and business started to grow

I would have to say college did not prepare me for the business world at all......I learn it all through my mentor and trial&error on my own

I would get out there read books and find a great surrounding cast of people who are looking to achieve big things

And take action buddy! You have greatness within you!

Agreed with @Matthew Murphyto read J. Scotts book on getting starting in flipping homes. Its in the learn tab on this platform.

Having a mentor is great however reading books is another route in which you can replicate what others have done

Hope that helps

@Ethan Macea mix of both yellow letters and also bandit signs seem to be the most effective.

Driving for dollars helps when it comes to narrowing down your targeting in your marketing also

@Nathan BlumanhourstI have never heard GoFundMe being used for those purposes. Mostly what I have seen this used for is for charitable causes or funding a lost relative

However there maybe something that I could be missing

Are you looking to earn double digit returns passively in real estate investing?

Is your current market forcing you to buy properties that produce negative cash flow?

Well welcome to Holdfolio where we allow both accredited & non accredited investors to purchase ownership in cash flowing properties. Invest today, collect rent income tomorrow!

Why Holdfolio?

We do EVERYTHING that is involved with the properties, our investors sit back and reap the benefits of owning real estate(yes this includes tax benefits). Holdfolio is fully integrated as a licensed general contractor, a property management company and brokerage!

Earn up to 12% on your investment annually from the rent alone!

Connect with me & check out our platform, holdfolio.

Why not choose to invest in your future…..You deserve it right?

I agree with @Ned Careythat is a extensive rehab for a property with the ARV being as low as it is. If you are going the route of being all-in on a property 75k with rent 900 depending on what market you are in shouldn't be difficult to purchase a property rent ready at 75k for that 900 rent.

What market are you looking in?
