@Dexter Wallace you are on the right thought process that if you go the route of purchasing from a turnkey provider that it will save you from doing much of the leg work.
But what comes along with that is you most likely will have to pay more for the property then if you were to rehab it yourself. It really comes down to how much time you are able to put into it, which it sounds like you will only be able to devote a short amount.

@James Lindsey best route would be to partner with someone who is experienced doing what you would like to achieve in those markets you mentioned above. May have to offer to help them for free, but in exchange you will gain an abundance of knowledge.
