Your Favorite Marketing Strategy?

Hello, Everyone.

I'm interested in everyone's favorite marketing strategy.  Right now, I have business cards with "WE BUY HOUSES CASH" which I hand out and have sitting out at a few local businesses.  I also have car magnets.

I'm looking into direct mailing to absentee owners in my specific area code via yellowletters.com.  Any suggestions on maximizing the effectiveness of this approach?

What strategy have you have the most success with?

Thanks!

9 years strong and nothing beats the most simple and oldest approach.  Pound the pavement and talk to people.
