I am in Oakland county and the guy every one brings up is Brian Borawski. You can look him up pretty easy, I am getting ready to have my first meeting with him myself

Ours is written where my partner is the realtor for our LLC. I actually put the disclosure in small print on the mailer and the disclosure is in my contracts also. So from my end I just say yes we have realtors on staff but are not acting in that way. Mostly they all understand

Where in Michigan are you going to be investing? My partner has an awesome broker for investors. Definitely not for you if you want to do a lot of retail type transactions though

I just got a house that I want to pull cash out of, however I need a credit partner. I am not asking for anyone to be a credit partner here, I am wondering what the hell do you offer them? What makes it enticing to go ahead and join as a credit partner but still profitable for you. 

Any thoughts, Please and thank you

Never heard of this and I know many full time wholesalers. Seems agents always say this because they don't like us like we are stealing their business, when we are not at all the same
