hey guys I am hoping to hear from wholesalers in the Oakland and Macomb counties. Big question who are you using for title companies. If you could please give me a name of a good title company that likes working with wholesalers and if needed doesn't mind doing double closing's. 

 I will have to do that, I don't rent right now, So i was just going off of what my friends personal experiences were. good to hear though

not sure, but it is an actual law here in michigan "squatter rights" I know landlords that put in their contracts about overnight guests and that there is a limit of how many consecutive nights they can stay, because if they stay too long they will have squatter rights

I am a brand new investor from Troy, Michigan. Just discovered this way of making money (I know right, was my head stuck in the sand or what). I have been reading on this for a while now, and I stuck myself in the learning stage (reading and watching every video I can find). Now it is time for action. I will be working Oakland County MI, along with Macomb county.
