As title says... If you use this to find sellers what does it say?

I have been trying to find some sort of check list to use before buying a house.. does anyone do this? I know their are after check list to make sure everything is done however I would like to get my hands on a before one, like what needs to be done type check list. I started one however I just need more ideas.

How long did you wait before you did you first purchases on a rehab? how long did you study and learn about it before you took the hit and went for it?

I have been reading a lot and just get way into my readings and I just needed a break from reading for a bit as it's kinda interfering with my school studies :) Anyway, my question is "Is their a lot of money to be made flipping houses?"

If putting your all into it could you make a living just by flipping/holding or is their more to it? How much are most of you investors are making yearly by flipping alone?

I was curious if anyone has gotten their bachelor's degree in real estate, if so did you find it enjoyable and have you used your studies in real life? has it helped you get to were you are now? I'm also curious cause I may end up switching my major to it as that's what interests me. I would also like to ask what kind of jobs are available with such a degree?If anyone has any advice/opinions positive or negative please share.

What does this mean?

If you win the bid what do you do if their is someone living in their? and when they say do not disturb does that mean while the bidding is going on? also while the bid is going are you legally aloud to visit the property from the outside and peak in the windows?
