@Kweku Ocran I love so much about it!! I love turning ugly houses beautiful again. I love meeting people and providing renters with nice homes. I love that I’m fixing up neighborhoods. I love the rehab process, picking out the details and seeing it all come together. I don’t like the paperwork and am not good at the book keeping part of it.

Has anyone had luck with doing a refi on BRRRR recently? Looking for asset based lending for refi on a rental house I just rehabbed and rented. I was supposed to close on a refi last week (had rates locked in) but today was told by the lender that their line of credit for refinancing has dried up. I need to refi ASAP to pay back my short term lender. Anyone know if banks that are still lending for a refi? Preferably for an asset based mortgage loan.
