Asset based lending?
Has anyone had luck with doing a refi on BRRRR recently? Looking for asset based lending for refi on a rental house I just rehabbed and rented. I was supposed to close on a refi last week (had rates locked in) but today was told by the lender that their line of credit for refinancing has dried up. I need to refi ASAP to pay back my short term lender. Anyone know if banks that are still lending for a refi? Preferably for an asset based mortgage loan.

@Sarah Stamper I would certainly lean on some other local investors in your area to see what they are using. Maybe even try posting in the Virginia forum too....assuming that's where the property is at. Hope this helps.
