@Teren Cooley hi I try to go to most of the local REI meet ups. There are several different ones. I have gained valuable knowledge & contacts/friends from local meet ups. The saying is true ‘your net worth is your network'. Go on meet-ups app and search REI. Most cost $ but some are free!

@Teren Cooley contact @Lindy Pond with Finance of America for lending. They have a LOC that might work for your needs. She's in Richmond and goes to a lot of the local meet ups. Also if you go to local REI meet ups you will find a lot of people looking to lend, hard money & private. If you have any deals in Richmond you are wanting to wholesale add me to your list! @Kiera Underwood I’m going to start driving for contractors! Driving around to houses being rehabbed and chat up the contractors maybe get a peek at their work while there! ;)

I love this idea and would love to be a part of a local female meet up! I got to one that another female RE investor holds once a month at a nail salon. We all get pedi's and talk about REI! Men are welcome too. I would love to meet other local females on BP that invest in Richmond!

@Justin J Morello hi! I am a rehabber in Richmond, VA. Do you go to local REIA groups? A good place to hear about deals and get feed back. I am working at building my buy and hold portfolio in Richmond. I bought some turn key duplexes but now mostly BRRRRing properties!
