It's about testing. You take a lot of calls and see the miscommunication man have in common and put it in your ads. You can figure it out at the marketing level. In real estate though sometimes the leads are worth too much to not have someone answer.

I don't need it done just want to say I've been around seo somewhat since 2002 or later and real estate 2002 and both are very important long-term. I did digital marketing for a lot of years but I'd recommend it for others for real estate leads. Good luck with your project.

Do a lot of testing for response rate and the intent to want to sell. Motivation can take months and the pipeline can take awhile to build so don't have too much money out for too long. Houses that have deferred maintenance aren't Always hot leads if they don't have motivation Use headlines based on motivation Houses need repairs Divorce Inherited house Etc
Yes reia. Wbh guys. You can direct mail or do door knocking. Find out repairs needed. Find out what's owed. The motivation. The wholesaler would want some data.

I am friends with one of the top past skip tracers and this is one way. There are data marchers online also. With foreclosures lots of numbers are disconnected due to collectors. Landlines have gone away and people have called if with their phone

Awesome I had great success from the yellow letter years ago when I tried. Just remember to keep building that pipeline and you want those closings and cash flow to keep coming into pay for the marketing so that you can grow. Make the most of all the leads.
