Super cheap signs was always the cheapest for me. You can buy in parts 12 cent type wooden dowels and tape. Market. Cardboard etc. but that all takes time

We had great success in Minnesota with direct mail on the foreclosure list. Phone numbers were disconnected.

I remember hearing in a seminar go to menards and Home Depot at 7am to find the responsible ones

Go to your local reia to build your buyers list also network to find deals. Look on Craigslist and put out bandit signs.

Well articles say millenials have $1000 saved. College debt. Tough to find employment , live with parents and don't want to buy houses like the other generations.

I've tried both Google voice gives some control. its recently been more of a problem with text I'd go to your local reia and check on learning about the wholesale business that way

I did cold calling from 1994 to 1999 outlasted the others. With caller Id no point. Inbound marketing is the key. So many real estate people have CRM they don't even follow up with

I've heard of experienced people getting no responses this past months. I did it 12 to 13 years ago and it was amazing. Lots of wholesalers coming out of seminars all doing it. Everything Is supply and demand

I did the direct mail gif the top short sale guy in our state that put the foreclosure data together. My good friends started out door knocking. You are doing what many will not Many won't respond to mail Many phones are disconnected I hear people aren't very happy be prepared for this. Not everyone is fully ready to accept where they are at and motivation may go up over time.
