Getting Business for Real Estate Marketing Company

Hey bigger pockets family, I started a real estate marketing company in Washington, DC about a year ago called Home Boost. I've been rubbing elbows with new agents every week at open houses and sending out newsletters. I'm stuck in terms of finding new agents, please help im not sure how to market myself.
