SEO Keyword and Backlink Reports

Hello, everyone!

I am creating this discussion to see if anyone would be interested in getting a FREE competitor research report for their competition online.

I pay for 2 powerful SEO tools (Semrush.com and Ahrefs.com). With these tools, I can insert a website into either one and they will show me all the keywords the respective site is targeting and the backlinks they have pointing to the pages on the website. These will also show other competitors targeting similar keywords and in turn, give you many more keyword ideas.

I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in this, but I wanted to offer as a token of appreciation. Since Biggerpockets has helped me so much about real estate.

Also, before I forget... they also show the ads and keywords being used in PPC. I am sure someone here might find that beneficial.

Semrush Keywords report for Biggerpockets  on Google:

The above report is just a snippet used as an example. If you take a close look at the red rectangle it says Biggerpockets is ranking for 445k keywords on Google.

Semrush PPC example:

I am only able to show one ad copy for this example, as Zillow has 67k ads running on Google. From the example above you guys will notice that it shows me the keywords that trigger this specific ad. As well as about how much they are paying per click.

Ahrefs general overview:

I have the highest plan for this tool. It's a lot more advanced than Semrush and the data possibility is endless.  It provides some of the same as Semrush plus more. I won't get into explaining every little bit as I would end up writing a book :).

The MOST crucial part in any internet marketing is keyword research  (in my opinion), both of these would help anyone start in the right direction.

If anyone is interested in a free report, let me know. All I need is a website (message me here on BP if you'd like). I won't run a report for brand new accounts because if this ends up ranking on the first page of the search engines for certain keywords... many random people will register accounts just to get the report and I will be regretting this :D.

One last thing.. this is a time-consuming task (depending how many requests I get) so bare with me.

I don't need it done just want to say I've been around seo somewhat since 2002 or later and real estate 2002 and both are very important long-term. I did digital marketing for a lot of years but I'd recommend it for others for real estate leads. Good luck with your project.
