What do they need the money for?

I don't know the market, but my market went up crazy. I'd bet on them Not going down.

Congratulations on your success. Who is your target, traveling nurses? What platforms are you using for marketing?

I'd look at market first, and location in that market, ie beach front, close to attractions. Your time and money that will be needed. Going to be hard for just a rule of thumb on which is better.

Vaccines aren't working. In fact the areas with the highest vaccination rate are now experiencing more covid cases. Tons of my vaccinated friends caught covid afterward. The evidence is there but the brain washed are refusing to accept it. I won't ever ask my tenants if they are vaccinated.

We use Furnished Finders. Mostly travel Dr. and nurses, but anyone can use their platform. There are others out there too for corporate housing, Google search should be able to find them.
