Does anyone have an insurance policy that they would recommend for Short Term Rentals? Thanks in advance for any input.

There are many threads on this. Do not rely on AIR or VRBO, definitely get you own insurance....there are companies that specialize in STR insurance, but first I would ask your own agent. I have State Farm and they have policies for vacation rentals at a very fair price.....just make sure you disclose exactly what you're doing and make sure you get commercial insurance.

If you think you have a high risk property, you can always add an umbrella policy.

Good Luck...
