We added a couple of cheap 3 drawer units in each closet. That way there's still plenty of room in the bedrooms.

We've done it a few times. You've got to check your competition in your local market. We used Furnish Finders to list. I think it's $95 for a year. That's where a majority of the traveling professionals go to look. Use the site and see what others are listing for. A lot of them have terrible pictures.  Just do a better job listing and you'll be good!

Maybe a hybrid campground  kinda thing.

There are lots of mom and pop campgrounds for sale. If they are profitable,  add on some glamping sites or some retro trailers. Or see if you can sublet a site from an established campground,  an arbitrage type model to test if people like it. Just throwing out ideas.

Build it into the nightly rate 

One travel nurse that we rented to also rents her place out when she is gone. She does well with it.

I'm on many platforms. We get 99% Airbnb 

Take the snow bird. Then list it before they leave. March is when it starts hopping. At least in my beach market.

Big Tv in living room. Hide the wires, ( power and antenna, cable, etc), either in the wall or use on of those paintable plastic wire cover things. Paint it the same color as the wall. This will make your pictures way better. Wires hanging down just looks tacky and not a good first impression. As far as tvs in other rooms see what your competition does.
