Great for starting young! Ive notice you said "3% for making our unit a little nicer." Instead you can lightly rehab a different unit and kick up the rent.

They will be starting a pilot program soon with the approval of a "Mother In Law Suite". The areas will be Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, and East Boston as of right now.
I agree about the tandem parking. The unit that has 2 vehicles should either park tandem or 1 vehicle per spot. The other spaces should be for the other units.
