When does their lease expire? Are the tenants up to date on rent? Is the rent below market value? Did you meet the tenant? What was the condition of the apartment?Do they have a security deposit?

Did Section 8 send you any paperwork asking if you agree with the rent amount? It could take up to 60 days for you to recieve your first payment. Do you have a copy of the passed inspection notice?
