You should definitely separate your personal account from your real estate.It makes easier for when tax time comes around. You also want to keep your security deposits in a separate account as well. Double check your states law.

Great Job for starting so young. Just make sure you educate yourself. Listen to the podcast and ask questions.Check out the Rich Dad Poor Dad book , its a great book that introduces assests and liabilities. Good luck on your journey!

First thing is to become familiar on what you want do. Flip,buy/hold etc. Read, Read,Read and while you are gaining knowledge find a job save and live below your means. Investors or anyone will not give you money if you do not know what you are talking bout.Check out Scott Trenchs book Set For Life. Best of luck.

The area you are buying in is a great area. Rents are high and appreciation is always rising.To be honest I do not think the minimum wage workers will be able to afford rent in your area, unless you rent by room.
