@Donnersson Penna Sorry got confused with the MI , I am paying that monthly. The offer was they would pay the closing cost . No appraisal no money out of pocket. I will be refinancing a loan amount of 515k for a Triple Decker.

Hello Guys, So I purchased a property in January of this year. I received a phone call today from the mortgage lender asking if I wanted to refinance with the Fha streamline. He said my rate will go from a 3.75 to 3.3 and I can save $270 a month.my My MIP is payed off.

I do not know anything about the streamline refinance. Is he trying to sell me on something or it is a great way to lower my mortgage? Thanks in advance.

I've been using Venmo and it's been pretty smooth. Free to tenant and myself.Usually hits the bank account 1-2 business days.

The difference is reserves. Fh a for a 2 family you must have 2 months reserves/3 family 3 months. With Mass housing it's 6 months reserves, which is a lot depending on the purchase price of the home

Hey how's it going guys? I Have a situation. I have a wife and a husband(both on the lease). The wife asked if I can changed the locks because she is having problems with the husband.I was thinking I can not lock the husband out because he is on the lease and pays rent.so Is there a way to handle this or just start the eviction process? *They are on a month to month lease*

Yes you can. There are 1st time home buyers  classes in the Boston area where you can put little to no money down towards a property.
