No where.

But, since LA is a big place, find an area and become the expert and make a name for yourself there. Work the hell out of it.

What about evictions? Is that over or was it extended until 2023?

How much money do you have to invest? That will allow us to answer better.

I think it depends on your strategy and goals. Are you buying and holding? I always say "even gangbangers gotta live somewhere." Somewhere there is a landlord making money off them.

Welcome aboard. Persistence is key. Learning and making connections are crucial too. Your mom is your best resource, ask her how she did it. She if you can help property manage to start learning.

What does that mean exactly. Yes, I know someone died. I need more info why the title is like that. In California on the title it'll say.

Doe, Jane Decd Est Of

I'm seeing these a lot lately when I search title.  Thanks.

This is a very timely thread. I am looking at buying some as well. What I have noticed is The ones where you put the coins in are twice as much as the "regular" ones. Whirlpool, used to be a great brand, I am not sure what is best today. I see LGs all over the place. was just at costco on washington blvd and took pics of all they had. I can upload them if you want. I think I may just get the regular ones and change the tenants who want to use it an extra monthly fee. depending on the size of the load the machine holds I'd charge $2.50 to wash and $1:50 to dry. That way everytime someone uses it you are getting $4. But it really depends on how big the load is. I've been looking here. https://www.ajmadison.com/coin...

Not sure if I'd buy from there unless delivery is free. Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link.
