New Homebuyer In Los Angeles Area
Hello!
So straight to the point, I will be eligible to finally get prequalified for a mortgage coming this April. I'm counting the days! I know the economical climate is shaky, and the market is still hot, especially since I live in LA, but regardless I am going all in and giving it my all in order to close down on my first home. I was just wondering if anyone is well acquainted with any parts of LA that have potential to improve in the coming years. Realistically, the only place where I might be able to afford something are in the rougher parts of Los Angeles. I am hoping someone can give me some solid advice in regards to what areas in LA that might have the best potential. Thanks in advance, and any advice helps!

Hi Hector,
It's hard to make a good recommendation until you are pre-qualified. Reach out to me at anytime.
