I have used mojo dialer. I recommend it. I just like calling myself. I felt using the dialer, I wasn't as sharp with my pitch, Because when I was sitting there, they would suddenly answer and I would be surprised and so I'd be fumbling a bit. Also, I realized that I am a control freak. And I like to know what's happening. It was helpful, and it worked. But I just stick with my handy dandy Google voice.

 lol. someone is projecting. @Clayton Boyle You are right, I went way too low on the $400,000. I started off thinking a random high # was good enough.

Nah- happily married, never divorced.

Everyone wants equal treatment until it's time to be treated equally.

Not sure where you came up with that scenario then.

Are there any wholesalers actually on this forum or just MLS buyers?

I use to frown upon this until a buddy just got a $25,000 wholesale deal of the MLS.

Hi @Robert Wilson
@Robert Wilson

@Robert Wilson I cold call all the time, that is how I get my clients. I make sure I do at least 10 calls a day. That might seem like a tiny bit, but it keeps me moving and I find that it works for me. instead of trying to do a ton at once. I have used dialers. Now I use google voice. Let's talk.
