43612 is one of the top markets I invest in. There is only one good PM company I know of here, but I don't believe they are taking on outside investors. I will say this, make sure you do your due diligence and thoroughly check out anyone you decide to work with, whether in Toledo or other areas. Property management can make or break your investment.

@Ryan Pyle I have had FOCUS reach out twice now. Thank you for sharing this information as I wasn't to sure about the program itself. Unfortunately, in the homeless shelter especially, bed bugs were a huge problem here in Toledo. I have been lucky thus far.

@Mike F. I do know of a great property management company in Ohio but I must disclose I am affiliated with the owner @Engelo Rumora   He does property management heavily in Toledo, OH as well as southern Ohio around Dayton and Cincinnati. I do not have contacts with inspectors in southern Ohio as I live, work and invest in Toledo but I can PM you a great contact down south who may be able to assist.

Antoine Martel I work with Engelo and Dominique and definitely agree with the above post. Andrew Fidler is a realtor here in Toledo with much experience and is a fellow investor as well!

@Christopher Hughes welcome out of the shadows! Cleveland is a solid market, I lived there for 10 years (actually in the suburbs Old Brooklyn) There are a few other markets in Ohio worth checking out, Toledo, Dayton and Cincinnati have similar deals.
