 Most of the time when someone has a Youtube channel, you are seeing videos that were filmed long ago. Where I used to work, once every other week would be video day where 5-10 videos were shot for later editing and posting. Its not a live thing...

Steven 43612 is definitely a great area, I have a few there myself. All of Toledo is great for cashflow, just make sure you stay away from all of east Toledo (43605), most of south Toledo (43609) and North Toledo unless you are comfortable with c and d class properties. I personally have properties in b c and d class areas, but I self managed them so it was easier to know what was going on.

Rossford Ohio, perrysburg, perrysburg township, Sylvania, anything in Washington local school district, Northwood, Oregon are all great areas if you are looking for B class deals.

Andrew Son It has been my pleasure working with you thus far. The email chains are effective for quick messages but I am also fluent in Morse code, smoke signals and am in the process of getting my own courier pigeon. I am attempting to evacuate Florida as we speak, so the courier pigeon may be my only option as many of the cell towers are not working!
