Answering Phone Calls

I would like to setup a wholesaling system that I can outsource the lead calls. Since each lead will costs a significant amount, I dont want any call to be unanswered.

Unfortunately I dont have any time to receive those calls.

Do you have a suggestion for an answering call service that would charge per min or something relative?
