Wood River and Robinson Illinois, in that order.  There are some big refineries there.  There are always contractors doing short term jobs (2 weeks to 6 moths) at refineries.  They need a place with a kitchen, washer/dryer, cable/wifi, and a place to sleep and take a shower. 

You would probably be better off selling the "skooklie" and purchasing a typical residential property for your Airbnb.  I shared a mobile home with 2 ladies that shared a bedroom while I had another bedroom on the other side of the of the mobile home while in college.  There was an old school bus in that trailer park that someone had converted to living quarters.  It was next to some railroad tracks and a pond.  I would drink some beers and shoot at frogs in the pond with a wrist rocket while waiting for trains to come by and run over the pennies I put on the tracks.  I was in MBA graduate school at the time.

I told that phrase to one of my renters.  He said "No mang, you got it all wrong.  You need to be busier than a pirate on a prostitute ship."

Here is my discord.  The prostitute is the one making money, the pirate is the one spending money.  The pirate is having fun and the prostitute is screwed.

I put an ad on Craigslist and people contact me from there.  I meet them in person and collect the rent after they look at the property with me.  You have to be comfortable and be able to carry yourself when you meet a group of total strangers and go into a house with them and collect money.  The back of my work truck window has a sticker that says "Protected By Glock"

I used to put a Cadbury bar along with an individual bottle of wine on every pillow.  There was a major malfunction at the refinery and I rented out about 10 places to 34 guys in one day.  One guy was rather pissed off because he didn't get a bottle of wine and a Cadbury bar on his pillow.  Before the 34 guys got here I was busier than a prostitute on a pirate ship trying to get everything ready on short notice.  I got that guy a 750 ml bottle and a pack of Snickers the next day.  

Probably made 1/4 million from that company over the next 5 years.  It was from word of mouth advertising from those initial 34 guys.

Guests log in to their own accounts for the particular streaming service.  But for the internet access to a ROKU device, you are limited to 24 devices.  I bought my 25th ROKU tv and can't log in to it.

 That's odd. Chargers and cables seem to be left behind many times at my places. I throw them in a drawer with simple hand tools in the kitchen.
