Hey guys,

As a new STR host, I'm so worried about forgetting something vital to a person's stay! What's the most forgotten thing that new hosts tend to look past that makes a large difference in a persons stay?

thank you!

    Quote from @Andrew Bang:

You will have tenants complain about everything.  Not enough of something or not the right kitchen equipment.   Conflicting complaints.  You can't please everyone.   The more you provide, the more you have to check on each time between stays, the more opportunity for theft.   I used to buy nice kitchen items until they kept disappearing.    The toaster I bought from Walmart for $9 that burns the bread hasn't gotten stolen yet.  Its a keeper.

I hope I never get end up in one of your rentals with my family. Sounds miserable.
