You got some great strategy there! Yeah, I was about to suggest RVMs and text, too. I have hired a team of VAs to do operations and they have helped me scale the business. Let me know if you need help

Looks like you are doing great with your business. I guess every business owner who wants to scale up and grow will encounter that "pivotal moment".  We were in the same spot as you a couple of years back and we decided to hire a team of virtual assistants to help us manage and operate our business with systems and automation. We can't imagine not having the team help us with our day to day operations. Let me know if you need help

Hey @Alison Emmert  I think cold calling is a must have for real estate business. However, you need to be prepared before you try it out. Make sure you have a good list to start with, budget, and a good follow up system. I like that you have paired up the strategy of direct mail and cold calling. We have a team of virtual assistants who help us with our day to day operations like lead gen, skip tracing, transaction coordination, cold calling, and marketing.  They have helped us scale our business. Let me know if you need help

@Anino Adokpaye That's a great business strategy. We haven't tried that company yet. I do often see their posts on Facebook. We have hired a team of virtual assistants from the Philippines and they have helped us scale our business. They are now mostly running our business operations from acquisition to disposition. There are a lot of virtual assistant companies from the Philippines and we like their output and work ethics. Let me know if you need help

Hey @Stephen Lee , we hired a virtual assistant team to run our operations from acquisition to disposition. We have access to a project manager and a team of VAs who do general admin tasks, transaction coordination, and marketing. Can't imagine running our business without this team. It's very convenient and has helped us scale our business. Let me know if you need help

Hey @Jennifer Langford, I can't imagine running our day to day business operations without our virtual assistant team. We decided to hire a team a couple of years back. We used to scout talents and hire individual virtual assistants in Upwork. We found a few great assistants there. However, we find the hiring process is so time consuming for us. We found a company that provides us with a virtual assistant team. They have a designated project manager and virtual assistants with a mix of skills from skiptracers, general admin, transaction coordination, and marketing.

Great advise @Karen Rittenhouse ! Yes, before you hire virtual assistants, it's always best to try it for yourself first so you know what script works. It also helps if you are prepared before you hire cold callers such as a great list, systems and tools, and budget. Yes, doing marketing can attract buyers. I hired a virtual assistant team to assist me with operations such as skiptracing, transaction coordination, acquisition and disposition, including email and other marketing strategies. Let me know if you need help

Hi @Lane Kawaoka , we no longer hire via Upwork. We found another company who that provides us a team of VAs.  And we just give them the list of things we need done and they delegate it.
