Yeah there are a lot of companies that advertise services that are too good to be true. We have outsourced in the Philippines and the VAs are great! I guess it's a matter of finding the right VA with the skills you need. We have tried Upwork in the past. There are things that you can outsource and there are things that you have to do yourself. We have a great team of VAs that run our operations now from lead gen, skiptracing, and marketing. Let me know if you need help

Great ideas! We have tried Upwork, too and there are a lot of great talents there but I don't want to spend time hiring VAs myself. I do have a company that I hired that gives us access to a team of VAs and they delegate the tasks we let them do to VAs that are specialized in those tasks. It's also affordable. @Lane Kawaoka those are really great tips! We have tried hiring from Upwork and we have had some luck in hiring great VAs there. Right now, we have a team of VAs including a project manager who sends reports and reviews performance. Let me know if you need help.

You are definitely on the right track. We hire virtual assistants to run my operations for us. We've also tried Upwork and Onlinejobs.ph before. We've had some luck in finding good virtual assistants there, too. We do hire from a different company now so we don't have to go through the recruitment process ourselves.
