When should I hire a virtual asst. for my wholesaling business?

I am just starting out with my wholesaling business. I have made 2 deals so far but I am a newbie! I want to make this a real business for myself! But the only way that I can generate more revenue is to get my leads and close more deals! So I am already thinking about hiring Virtual Assistants to assist me by cold calling prospects. I know that this will be the eventual next step in the process but I want to know if I may be getting ahead of myself? I would love to hear some honest advice and feedback. Be real with me! Thank you all & blessings!

What you need to do is to start marketing so that sellers call you rather than you calling them.

But, if you want a virtual assistant, hire one when you know what to do and what to tell them to say when they make the calls. No sense paying someone who is not going to get the response you're looking for.

And, when you can afford to pay them. Until then, you need to do the calls and learn that part of your business for yourself.
