When should I hire a virtual asst. for my wholesaling business?

I am just starting out with my wholesaling business. I have made 2 deals so far but I am a newbie! I want to make this a real business for myself! But the only way that I can generate more revenue is to get my leads and close more deals! So I am already thinking about hiring Virtual Assistants to assist me by cold calling prospects. I know that this will be the eventual next step in the process but I want to know if I may be getting ahead of myself? I would love to hear some honest advice and feedback. Be real with me!
