Hey guys! I currently have a team of virtual assistants handle the "heavy lifting" part of our wholesaling business. They are doing a great job in email and social media marketing for us. We utilize Facebook and Craigslist. I'd like to get your inputs on two things:

What other platforms are you currently marketing your deals on?

Hey @Satch Bernhardt !  The software that we use is 70-80% accurate and can determine if it's a landline or cell phone number. Very useful info. PM me if you want more info. I can help you

Hey @Kyle Rosseau , that's a good question! We grow our network by joining FB groups, attending networking events, we also hold our own networking event every 3rd Tuesday of the month, website, and email and social media marketing. Our virtual assistant team helps us market our properties via email and FB. Let me know if you need help

Hey @Syed Lateef , good to know that we're not the only one outsourcing our Airbnb business. We have a team of virtual assistants that are trained to setup and manage short term rentals. Yes Google Voice is very economical and it gets the job done. Let me know if you need help.

Great ideas @Shawn Ackerman@Alex Bradley , I was exactly in the same position as you were a few years back. Today, we have virtual assistants running our business for us, most of the heavy lifting that is. They prequalify the leads for us so all we do is talk directly to the sellers and go to the appointments. There are a lot of strategies in real estate. Let me know if you need help

Hey @Trevor Asay ! We have a team of virtual assistants helping us with our day to day operations on our wholesaling business. We pay them monthly and you don't have to give them your passwords. They use a software called LastPass. Shoot me a message if you need help

We hired a team and they have helped us tremendously over the past couple of years. Can't imagine running the business without them.
