We use Tracers. We've tried out a few companies and this is by far the most accurate. Let me know if you need help with skip tracing.

Hey @Priya Thomas and @Mohammad (Asad) Asaduddin , we pay a monthly fee and we get access to a team of virtual assistants with different skills and specializations. It's not an individual virtual assistant but you get a project manager and VAs so you don't need to worry about attrition, rehiring, and retraining. The results are great and we can't imagine doing our operations without them. Send me a message if you're interested to know more. I'll be happy to give you more tips.

@Andrew LeBaron , looks like you have it figured out. Good luck!

@Solomon Oh good question! I hired VAs from a company called Buy More Time. The VAs are based in the Philippines. You can schedule a call with them and check if their services is a good fit for you. Send me a message if you want to know more.

@Steven Denio , we have not tried this software yet but we do use a very effective skiptracing tool that provides us 70-80% accurate phone numbers. It can also separate landline and cellphone numbers. Let me know if you need help

@Andrew LeBaron we also use a virtual assistant to help us with our business operations. We do have a whole team though with different skills and roles in the organization. Aside from hiring a very effective team of virtual assistants, we also have acquisition agents and they are all essential business.

@Johnny Kang this is so spot on! We have had a few VAs who just left us without a word and we spend so much time with the hiring and training process. Good thing we found a company now that provides us access to a team of VAs so attrition is no longer an issue. And yes, making training videos is definitely a necessity.

Hey @Lisa Parker , I hope Nick was able to help you out. Let me know if you still need help with anything about systems, tools, and strategies for your business. I remember the time when we were still starting out and we were so confused with all of this. We have been doing this for years now and we have found a good strategy that works well. DM me

@Andrew LeBaron looks like you're killing it! Goodluck!
