Virtual Assistant for Cold Calling

I’ve been really considering using a 3rd party when it comes to cold calling and wanted to ask and see what some of your experiences were. Our plan is to send out direct mail and have the virtual assistant do a follow up call on the mailers we sent out. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hey @Alison Emmert  I think cold calling is a must have for real estate business. However, you need to be prepared before you try it out. Make sure you have a good list to start with, budget, and a good follow up system. I like that you have paired up the strategy of direct mail and cold calling. We have a team of virtual assistants who help us with our day to day operations like lead gen, skip tracing, transaction coordination, cold calling, and marketing.  They have helped us scale our business. Let me know if you need help
