Do you use a Virtual Assistant for marketing, admin, etc. tasks?

Just wondering if anyone uses a Virtual Assistant to help run their business, and if so, how is it working for you?  Would you recommend it?

Hey @Jennifer Langford, I can't imagine running our day to day business operations without our virtual assistant team. We decided to hire a team a couple of years back. We used to scout talents and hire individual virtual assistants in Upwork. We found a few great assistants there. However, we find the hiring process is so time consuming for us. We found a company that provides us with a virtual assistant team. They have a designated project manager and virtual assistants with a mix of skills from skiptracers, general admin, transaction coordination, and marketing.
