@Kinny Hay I say around $10 or more. I found some cold callers in FB groups charging only $4-6/hr. Wonder if I get the same results though.

@Scott Rubzin we spend roughly $6K for our operations (acquisition and disposition). We closed 6-7 deals/mth and generate 6 figures. So that’s around $850/acquisition. Although it depends on number of deals we close in a month. The operational cost is the same. Our greatest investment: team of virtual assistants and tools.

@Mark W Carpenter I’d like to share our strategies that has helped us generate more deals. A good skiptracing software is as important as the list that you are targeting. We work on absentee and preforeclosure lists. Our skiptracing software is very effective and it has 70-80% accuracy. We do cold calling to prequalify the leads. The most important piece of our operation is our virtual assistants who do all the “heavy lifting” such as prospecting/lead gen, cold calling, transaction coordination, crm management, and marketing. Voxer! Love this walkie-talkie app. This is our main communication channel for our virtual assistant team and it's very convenient. It's technically running our business "hands-free". We just vox the terms of our contracts and our VAs write up the contract and send it in less than 10mins!
