Hi Leon, Welcome to BP. I would recommend checking out the resources on BP of books that are recommended, guides for starting in wholesaling. Just search for those terms in blogs and you will see many posts about this. I would also recommend you start networking in Aurora, check out ICOR, BP meetups etc to start learning from people who do this all the time! Good luck!

Xeriscape it! I have done that for my own property in CO, and it really keeps the water cost down, plus it looks great. Concentrate on picking plants that easily survive the climate here, salvia, hidcote, flax, verbana all have done great for me! Pairing it with a heat tolerant ground cover will also mean no weeding.

Thank you both @Todd E and @Elizabeth Colegrove for your responses. I actually already found a tenant but it is good to know that there are people available. Elizabeth, for your PM, what do they do as part of the installs? I like to screen my own tenants, process the application etc so I know the tenant that is accepted meets my criteria. Would they be open to this do you know?
