Hi all,

I own a property in VA, and am an out of state landlord. I have to repair some recent damage to the property. Namely three sections of the fence in the backyard fell over, and need to be reset and a 10' section of gutter came unattached from the 2nd floor of the townhouse and needs to be reattached and rebent back into shape.

I have got a few quotes from licenced and insured handymen in the area, the cheapest of which was $495. The others were 760 and 780. What do you more experienced investors say? Does this seem reasonable?

Thank you for insight!!

I would recommend Fort Collins as a place to look in NoCo. I work in Fort Collins, and it has some great attributes. That being said it is more expensive than Loveland so if budget is a concern you might want to cast a wider net.
