Hello BP members. I'm currently in texas about to move to Colorado in November. Along with my move I plan on removing myself from traditional work and launch myself into the exciting world of real estate I have seen a few success stories first hand but have little knowledge of the behind the scenes area of the business. Any tips are greatly appreciated

Welcome James. My first question for you is do you have a fairly large savings to be able to drop that traditional job to jump into full time real estate? Denver is not cheap and investing here is not easy either. It's a fantastic place to live, but for a newbie it could be difficult to go the full time route. 2nd, what success stories have been your favorites and why?
