Just thought I'd start a thread here for young investors from Denver or surrounding cities here in Colorado. Anybody else own rentals and looking to expand in 2016? I'm 25 - would love to connect with folks.

Hey @Scott Trench

First off want to say I'm a fan of your articles, keep up the good work. I'm glad you made this post, I think it's a great idea for us young investors to connect. I'm 27 and currently own 4 units in Colorado Springs and am actively looking to expand to 12-16 by the end of this year. Like Coop, I'm also curious how many units do you have and what are your 2016 plans?
