Consider Angie Medina with Orlando Short Term Rentals. They charge 15% reservation fee for a complete management or $150 monthly if you do place bookings and they do coordinate maintenance, inventory, cleanings, front desk, admin stuff, and etc.

AVOID THEM.  I am currently interviewing property managers as I am looking to leave them ASAP. I have heard good things about itrip but seems like Vacasa and Evolve have a lot of downside. Vacasa seems like they cover everything which is great for hands off owners, but they charge an arm and a leg. Evolve seems like they charge less but a homeowners have to contract with a local cleaning crew and maintenance. WIll let y’all know where I land

Thanks The article is recent. There are some STR zoned communities with No HOA. The Real Estate licensee will assist the the search.
