Hello, again, friends!  We are looking for a great (not good, not "well, I guess he's OK") GREAT, trustworthy PM in central Florida.  We are investing in and around the Orlando market from our home in Colorado, so we need a communicative, knowledgeable, responsive PM in the area.  Who has recommendations for me?  Much Appreciated!
