You will need to collect data on comparable properties to see how much ptoperty can be sold for. Also, a good reliable team of contractors is needed to quote you for possible expenses. Finally, you may include in your calculation closing costs. Once you have these infrediants, you can see your margin.  If you need my help with anything aforementioned, just ask.
