Laws surrounding railroads are very different and usually require attorneys that specialize in this.

Ive never heard of this either but I am intrigued. How do you pay them and are they a consultant and you then pay a contractor to complete their recommendations?

Ive built one of these in Atl. several years ago. The owner had no hair experience and it was a success-leading to building more. The trick is handling turnover. Your ability to pay the note is tied to the individual stylists ability to market them selves and build up a book of business. She had some who were not ready to run the business side of it and filling that seat quickly helped her stay in the black.

You will need a compaction letter from an engineer. You will want one for your records even if the City doesn't require it. Where is your lot located?

As a contractor, I don't think asking for your budget is out of line whether you are male or female. There is a lot of work out there currently and the contractors are pre-qualifying you as much as you are them.
