I want to build salon suites and lease them by chair -

I know real estate and I love it. I have a commercial building that is very open to any types of possibilities but it needs to be renovated for a purpose. Does anyone have experience building and leasing out salon suites or salon chairs? Is it profitable should I do it? Any comments or help would be appreciated.

If you have specific experience in that profession, you would be better suited to explore this option. If you've only been on the receiving end of this profession, I'd target something less specialized.
